BUYING GOODS
Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. We must receive full payment both of the price of the Goods and any delivery charges (if any) before we can accept any offers. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an Order prior to acceptance for any reason at any time.
PRICES
The prices applied to the products are displayed on the website and confirmed with the customer upon confirming the order. The prices of the products are shown in euros with VAT included (where VAT applies), excluding delivery costs.
The amount of delivery and shipping costs are shown to the customer directly at the checkout page.
If the order needs to be delivered to a destination outside of the European Union, it will be subject to import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand how much these fees would be and pay them.

Despite all the care taken in the materials choice and its dyeing, raffia strands are naturally irregular and their coloring not perfectly even. Therefore, two similar products (i.e. same item, same color) can present two different shades of color.
